The Spurs winger, named Wales' Footballer of the Year for a second season running, says he is growing in confidence and is targeting a third-place finish in Euro 2012 qualifyingTottenham winger Gareth Bale is aiming to develop his game further after being named Welsh Footballer of the Year.Bale won the award for the second year running after an impressive 2010-11 season and has started the new campaign in good form, most recently playing in Spurs' 2-1 victory over Arsenal and scoring in a win against Wigan. But the 22-year-old is not content with standing still and wants to improve as he grows older. "I want to play as well as I can every game at club or international level and always give 100 per cent," Bale said, according to Sky Sports."It is good to get awards but as a team the most important thing is we have stayed together and we have progressed. "I am getting a bit older and I am getting a bit more confident in my game, I am learning and I want to take it to the next level, hopefully there is more to come."Wales can no longer reach Euro 2012 but have improved as qualification has developed, and Bale is now targeting as high a finish as possible for his country. He added: "There is no reason why we can't finish third. "We know they are difficult games and we are not getting carried away with the win against Montenegro, but we are definitely confident that we are going in the right direction, we are playing well and are in good form."The most important thing now is we have that confidence from the last two games and we want to take that form forward. If we can do that we can start to go places and start winning games."Wales face Switzerland on Friday, before travelling to Bulgaria to complete their qualifying campaign on Tuesday.
