Hamza Driouch from Qatar recorded 2.17.44 minutes in the 1000 meters in Sollentuna, Sweden (9-8). The 17-year-old Qatari ran world’s fastest time ever in this age group. The world junior record in the 1,000 meters in the name of Abubaker Kaki of Sudan 2.13.93 min. This was three years ago in Sweden run. Sollentuna is a training center where athletes from around the world have their summer camp. Driouch has already established itself on the attention.
