President of the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) Thabo Mbeki is due to arrive here on Wednesday to discuss with the Sudanese government his call for holding a strategic consultative meeting in Addis Ababa with the armed groups and the National Umma Party, said Sudanese Information Minister Ahmed Bilal Osman.
In press statements Thursday, Osman said that Mbeki's visit to Sudan next week comes to hold intensive talks on ways to hold the consultative meeting.
Osman, meanwhile, said that the dialogue roadmap and Addis Ababa document are the main reference for national dialogue.
