Staff members clear silts at Xinhe elementary school in Xuanzhou District of Xuancheng City, east China's Anhui Province, Aug. 23, 2016. Affected by heavy rainfall, the Xinhe elementary school was flooded on July 6. After the flood receded on Aug. 20, local authorities organized relevant personnel to restore the school as the new semester draws near.
