The Japanese Embassy to the Kingdom of Bahrain, in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, holds the 2013 Japanese Film Festival at the Hall of the Bahrain National Museum, where the festival opens its doors for the Japanese cinema fans at 8:00 pm on November 6, 20 and 27 2013. The first film, Sunset on Third Street, which was first showed in 2012, represents a humanitarian drama tells the lives of a number of persons living in a neighborhood in a charming and interesting way. The festival concludes its activities by showing, After the Flowers, which tells a story of a romantic drama of the old Samurai warriors in Japan and tells the tradition followed, that time, of forcing girls to marry warriors from high social classes for the interests of families.
