Life inspires the imagination and creativity of local children in a drawing competition held by Babyshop Centerpoint. The event was conducted at Dana Mall — Yanbu and students from different schools took part. More than 100 works of drawings by students entered the contest. Students from all prominent schools in Yanbu took part in Babyshop’s first children’s drawing competition. Children across the city took part in two categories. The youngsters were asked to canvas the image that ‘My Future Yanbu’conjures up for them, instead of judging it on accuracy, Babyshop decided to encourage the children to get creative; they have risen to the challenge and created some truly original representations of Future Yanbu, and it was overwhelming to see these children portraying their imagination on paper. On one side, the children wanted a super fast train and the others dreamt of amusement parks and a shopping center in Yanbu. The winner was selected on the basis of presentability, creativity and conceptualization and awarded with Centerpoint gift vouchers. Teachers and other staff members were amazed at the children’s creativity. They said they are look forwarding to many such events in future, which can encourage children in their academy.
