Bringing a number of jazz musicians together, the French Institute in Cairo will hold Women in Music.
The event will include music performances, a discussion, a jamming session and the screening of a documentary movie.

The event will take place on Sunday 15 March at the French Institute in Cairo, 1 Madrasset El Huquq El Frenseya, off Kasr El Eini Street, Mounira, Cairo.
Free entry with limited seating spaces.
Program of the evening:
6 pm
Opening with music performance featuring Michelle Rounds, with Amro Salah at the piano and Lety El Naggar on the saxophone.
6.20pm
Open discussion conducted by: Zahra Ramy, presenter at Radio Hits, and the music group Ladies in the Jar, featuring Lety El Naggar, Ally W Salem, Nancy Mounir, Menna Husain, Nelly Cassis and Michelle Rounds.
