Mohamed Bouchoucha, from Laghout province (400 km south of Algiers), and Renda Tahir, from Bejaia (263 km east of Algiers), won the first prize of the fourth edition of the Quran recitation contest "Taj al Qur’an," held on Friday at Algiers Exhibition Palace.
