H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, this evening honoured winners of the 26th Sharjah Theatrical Days and winners of the first cycle of Sharjah Award for Best Playwright at the Sharjah Culture Palace.

H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and a number of Sheikhs, local and Arab cultural and theatrical personalities, play writers, critics and media persons attended the concluding evening of the ten-day theatrical event.

In his address to the audience, the Ruler of Sharjah commended the high professional performance of the theatrical troupes and stage directors as well as the themes they presented.
