Dongfeng Honda Automobile is recalling over 4,000 vehicles in China due to defective sunroofs, according to the country's market regulator.
The recall involves 2018 JADE models manufactured between May 5, 2017 and June 21, 2017, the State Administration of Market Regulation said in a statement.
The vehicles have faulty sunroofs that may fall under extreme conditions due to weak adhesion of the sunroof glass.
Dongfeng Honda will inform users via registered letters, text messages and phone calls.
The company will replace the defective sunroofs free of charge
