Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) has won the Bronze Lions award under the Direct category at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, which is considered the most prestigious festival that celebrates the advertising and communications industry.
The accolade was received in June in Cannes, France as part of the Festival’s awards ceremony, which also saw the shortlisting of RJ’s Fear of Flying video.
Stefan Pichler, President/Chief Executive Officer of RJ, stated: “Today’s endorsement reaffirms the effectiveness of our latest strategy, which is a great acknowledgment not only to the capabilities we possess but also to the capabilities the Kingdom has to offer.
RJ is and will always be honored to represent Jordan and Jordanians across the globe.” He continued: “Our latest strategy intertwined with our creative agency’s vision resulted in an impressive communication strategy which garnered huge international acclaim and an award that is considered the first of its kind for Jordan.

It is worth mentioning that the US Elections campaign has also won a plethora of accolades including Dubai Lynx PR Grand Prix and PR gold award, Dubai Lynx Promo & Activation Gold award, Dubai Lynx Direct silver award in addition
to winning the Sabre PR Gold award in London.
