Co-produced with European countries, feature films Merzak Allouache’s "Bab El Oued City" and Rachid Bouchareb’s "Hors la loi" (Outside the Law), as well as the short film "Mollement, samedi matin" (Limply, one Saturday morning) will be screened in this festival, placed under the theme "Post-colonial Struggles: Cinema from the Maghreb." Tunisian and Moroccan films will also be screened in this artistic event, including "Buzness" by Tunisian Nouri Bouzid and "Sur la planche" (On the Edge) by Moroccan Leila Kilani.
