Ras Al-khaimah - WAM

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, attended the conclusion of the Arabian Purebred Camel Racing Festival in its 22nd edition yesterday evening, held at the Al Sawan Camel Racetrack in Ras Al-Khaimah from 19th to 22nd January. Also present was H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras al-Khaimah. Sheikh Saud commended the support and care given by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to heritage sports, which reflects the authenticity and nobility of the Emirati people, a prime component of the U.A.E.'s national identity. The RAK Ruler also expressed his thanks and appreciation to the organisers of the event, hailing the efforts of the Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee, Sheikh Jamal bin Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi.
