General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, has gifted 1,000 copies of the Abu Dhabi Police Encyclopaedia to the Abu Dhabi Education Council to be distributed in the capital's school libraries, as part of the 'Abu Dhabi Reads 2015 campaign' which aims to encourage reading as a habit, especially amongst students.
The books contain cultural and scientific information as well as educational values which it is hoped will enhance young students' learning experience.
Dr. Amal Al Qubaisi, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Education Council, expressed her appreciation to Sheikh Saif for his support of the council's activities and educational efforts.
