Chairman of Board of Directors of Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) Abdul Latif al-Hamad left Sana’a on Thursday, after a visit to Yemen lasting several days.During the visit, al-Hamad met with President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi and a number of government officials.In a statement to Saba, al-Hamad explained that it was emphasized during the meeting with the President on the contribution of the Arab Fund to the reconstruction projects in Abyan province , as well as the Fund’s contribution to other projects in different provinces of the country.He pointed out that he signed with the capital Sana’a on the second phase agreement of the sewage network project in the capital, as well as understanding on next programs for projects in the capital including the expansion of the sewage network and enhancing the highways network to improve the traffic flow.
