The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in collaboration with the dealer of Nissan in Qatar Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Company, has announced the recall of Nissan Altima models of 2013-2015 due to a defect in the secondary lock hood.
The ministry said that the procedures comes within the framework of the Ministry's continuous coordination and follow-up to ascertain the commitment of car dealerships to follow up and fix vehicle defects in order to protect the rights of consumers.
The ministry said it will coordinate with the agent to follow up the maintenance and repair of the defect, and will communicate with customers to ensure the implementation of the procedures and the repair of defect in the cars.
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce urged all consumers to report any irregularities by communicating the Consumer Protection Department, which receives complaints, suggestions and inquiries through its channels of communication. (QNA)
