Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Sahar Nasr said on Saturday that Cairo will organize this year’s round of the Business for Africa, Egypt and the World (Africa 2017) conference in December.
Speaking to BBC Arabic TV, Nasr said the ministry will organize the conference in cooperation with the COMESA Regional Investment Agency (RIA) in Sharm el-Sheikh under the patronage of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi.
Leaders of African countries would attend the conference which aims at bolstering investment and economic ties, the minister said.
She asserted that Egypt hosts key investment events in the continent to create job opportunities and maintain sustainable development.
