Kuwait's State Minister for Cabinet Affairs and Acting Minister of Justice Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Sabah officially ended on Tuesday the 13th meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ministers and Heads of Civil Service Bureaus.
In a speech at the conclusion of the meeting, he said a number of recommendations were adopted including one having to do with giving employment priority in the public sector to citizens and also giving equal employment opportunities to native GCC job seekers no matter where they are located in any GCC country.
Furthermore he said the meeting today also addressed the recommendation regarding the close monitoring of diplomas and degrees issued by institutes of higher education in GCC states, with aim of having such degrees recognized not only by the issuing GCC state but also by the rest of the GCC states, KUNA reported.
