The Minister of Industry Al-Somieh Al-Siddiq Al-Nour has affirmed eternality of the Sudanese-Egyptian relations.
He called, during a meeting with the Egyptian Minister of Industry and Commerce Moneer Fakhry Abdal-Nour, for more cooperation in the socio-economic relations between the two countries, welcoming development of Egyptian investments in Sudan through establishment of an industrial area at the north of Khartoum for the Egyptian investors, stressing that his ministry will work for the removal of barriers facing the Sudanese-Egyptian cooperation in all domains.
Abdal-Nour, meanwhile, asserted that his visit aimed to develop the economic and commercial relations between the two countries for more cooperation, revealing that the meeting dealt with the industrial area allocated for the Egyptian investments at Khartoum State, ways for its establishment and addressing of impediments facing it.
He announced welcoming of the Egyptian investors to the setting up of the area and considering it as kick off to the rest of African countries, referring to the technical assistance that Egypt is to extend to Sudan, particularly in the field of sugar.
