Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour on Tuesday said his government will study the proposals and recommendations contained in the first economic and social report, and use them to bolster the national reform drive.Ensour spoke during a meeting with the president of the Economic and Social Council, Jawad Anani, who submitted the 2012 report to him.The report covers issues related to human rights and international agreements, and government administration. It also focuses on the financial, monetary, energy, water and environment sectors.Further, the document deals with the challenges being faced by the industrial, agricultural, education, health and tourism sectors, the domestic labour market, and social issues relating to poverty and crime.Anani thanked the government for its support to the council, which enabled it to focus on issues that directly touch the lives of citizensHe expressed the hope that the report will be a key reference point for decision-makers and economic and social researchers
