The Minister of Finance, Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf will open here on Sunday the 3rd Arab Forum for Combating Commercial Fraud and Counterfeiting and the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, to be hosted by Saudi Customs. The three-day Forum will be held in the Kingdom for the third consecutive session; and it will be attended by the Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, the Secretary General of the World Customs Organization Dr. Kunio Mikuriya, and Assistant Secretary-General for Economic Affairs of the Arab League Dr. Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Tuwaijri.
