Prime Minister Sherif Ismail on Tuesday held a meeting to follow up the implementation of under-construction projects in Halayeb and Shalatin.
The meeting was attended by the ministers of housing, health, planning, education and agriculture, in addition to the Red Sea governor.
During the meeting, Ismail urged finalizing these projects on time to provide basic services for citizens.
He issued directives to finalize two fishing ports in Shalatin and Abu Ramad, in addition to 50 greenhouses before the end of this year.
Meanwhile, the housing minister said over 500 housing units will be finalized in Halayeb and Shalatin area in September.
Also, 90 percent of water projects in the area will be finalized during the period from September to December, he noted.
