The Cabinet approved during a meeting on Wednesday under Prime Minister Sherif Ismail the presidential draft law about a memorandum of understanding that was signed on Jan. 21,2016 between Egypt and China.
The memorandum signed between Egypt's ministry of environment and Chinese National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) aimed at enhancing national capabilities to reduce negative impacts of climate change.
The Cabinet referred the draft to the House of Representatives to complete needed constitutional procedures.
During the meeting, the Cabinet also approved the presidential draft resolution about an agreement inked in May with the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) to provide Egypt with additional funds to help fighting bird flu at a cost of dlrs 10 million
