Jewellery Expo kicks off in Ukraine

An International Jewellery Expo started in Kiev Expo-Plaza center on Wednesday with representations of all the diversities of the modern jewelry market. The Jeweler Expo 2011 attracted some 310 exhibitors, with participants from Ukraine, China, India, Italy, Poland, Greece, Turkey, Belgium and Russia showing their works. Innovative designers, manufacturing companies, jewelry houses and boutiques displayed hundreds of collections at the show, which is expected to attract several thousand visitors. The exhibition-fair, which features elite bijouterie, hair accessories, souvenirs, luxury watches and clocks, is to be held till Nov. 19. It is also complemented with a Wedding Expo specialized in wedding fashion.
