Head of Alexandria Port Authority Medhat Attia signed a memorandum of understanding with the executive director of the Romanian Port of Constanta.
The agreement includes an exchange in the field of training, information and studying the possibility of establishing a regular navigation line between the two ports.
Romania is considered one of the partners in the field of naval transport for Egypt due to its geographical location and its political ties with the European Union countries, said Alexandria Port Spokesman Reda el Ghandour in a statement.
