Cleopatra holding company applied on Thursday morning to be listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) with a capital of 80 million pounds, EGX head Mohamed Omran said.
Speaking to MENA, Omran said the application documents will be reviewed and presented to the first registration committee, if fulfilled.
The EGX is keen on attracting new major companies as part of its efforts to cope up with the latest economic developments n Egypt, he added.
Cleopatra holding company is a business arm of the UAE's Abraaj Group and it includes four hospitals.
