In line with its commitment to enhance services provided to customers, Etisalat has recently opened a new outlet within Adnoc station in the Al Samha area. The new outlet brings the total number of Etisalat’s outlets across the UAE to 44. It provides customers in Al Rahab and those traveling between Abu Dhabi and Dubai access to a variety of Etisalat services, 24-hours a day.The new outlet in Al Samha provides a range of services related to fixed line, mobile phones and Internet services. It also offers a wide spectrum of smart mobile services and devices including BlackBerry and iPhone; 3G Internet devices; eLife, value-added and bill payment services.Hassan Al Abdouli, Director, Channel Marketing for Consumer said, “The opening of this outlet is part of Etisalat’s marketing strategy which is based on expanding the provision of its services through direct outlets in malls and public areas. By providing these services in well-frequented locations, Etisalat ensures that customers save time and effort in visiting Etisalat’s head office or main service centers. At the same time, it helps improve the overall customer service experience.”The Al Samha outlet adds to the growing list of business and service centers as well as Etisalat’s direct outlets deployed in areas of strategic importance around the UAE, such as Dubai World Trade Center and the arrivals area in Dubai International Airport and Sharjah Airport.
