Investment and International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nasr asserted on Friday the the importance of supporting entrepreneurship and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Qalyoubia, north of Cairo.
During a visit to the governorate, Nasr called for increasing investments there to create more jobs for youths.
She said a large number of businessmen seek to do business in Egypt in the coming period in major projects in the new administrative capital and the new El Alamein City.
Nasr also discussed with Qalyoubia Governor Mahmoud Ashmawy the establishment of tourism-related projects in the governorate.
