Chinese firm deleted on Seoul bourse

South Korea's bourse operator said Monday it has begun a delisting process for a Chinese company listed on the Seoul main bourse, a move that comes after the firm's dubious accounting triggered a spate of lawsuits by angry investors. "China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings' domestic auditor refused to submit an opinion on the firm. A delisting process will start," the Korea Exchange (KRX) said in a regulatory filing.
