The euro stayed weak against the U.S. dollar and the Japanese yen in early Thursday trading in Tokyo after it plunged in earlier sessions overseas. At 9 a.m., the euro fetched 1.3526-3527 dollar and 105.19-21 yen against 1.3536-3546 dollar and 105.33-43 yen in New York and 1. 3791-3792 dollar and 107.01-05 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday. The dollar changed hands at 77.77-78 yen versus 77.78-88 yen in New York and 77.59-60 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon.
