The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Wednesday.
The three-month unofficial copper price increased 62 U.S. dollars, or 1.30 percent, to 4,849 U.S. dollars per tonne.
The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 14 U.S. dollars, or 0.85 percent, to 1,653 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial lead price increased 46.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.58 percent, to 1,847 U.S. dollars a tonne.
Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 30 U.S. dollars, or 1.32 percent, to 2,299 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 255 U.S. dollars, or 2.11 percent, to 10,912.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial tin price increased 275 U.S. dollars, or 1.50 percent, to 18,575 U.S. dollars a tonne.
