The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Friday.
The three-month unofficial copper price increased 128 US dollars, or 2.60 percent, to 5,042 U.S. dollars per tonne.
The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 18 U.S. dollars, or 1.08 percent, to 1,677.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial lead price increased 62.5 U.S. dollars, or 3.59 percent, to 1,801.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.
Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 54.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.87 percent, to 1,950.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 212.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.30 percent, to 9,437.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial tin price increased 150 U.S. dollars, or 0.88 percent, to 17,275 U.S. dollars a tonne.
