Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) Abdel Aziz Seif el Deen said on Monday that Egyptian market encourages investment and the (AOI) has flexibility in investing with foreign partners under directives of its higher committee headed by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Seif el Deen made the remarks on the sidelines of his meeting with a delegation from the Japanese Mitsubishi Motors that is visiting the AOI to help open prospects for Egyptian-Japanese cooperation and joint investment.
Seif el Deen lauded the considerable expertise of Mitsubishi company in the fields of railway stations, subway and advanced military and civil products.
He noted that the AOI is keen on cooperating with the Japanese well-known company in sectors serving the Egyptian citizens as well as development projects carried out in Egypt.
Mitsubishi executive vice president voiced keenness on increasing Japanese investments in Egypt especially in light of the new investment climate that Egypt enjoys.
He underlined the importance of cooperating with the AOI as it is considered among Egypt’s prominent industrial bodies that is characterized by high quality and developed capabilities.
Cooperation between the AOI and Japan is extended among several fields including the subway in addition to a protocol of cooperation signed with the Egypt Japan University in several research fields.
