Julia Roberts's mother, dies after lung cancer battle

Julia Roberts' mother Betty Lou Bredemus has died after long battle with lung cancer. She was 80.
According to People, Bredemus died early Thursday morning in Los Angeles. Her death comes a year after Roberts lost her half-sister Nancy Motes, who committed suicide last spring.
Bredemus, who once one ran an acting school in Georgia, is survived by her three children Eric Roberts, 58, Julia Roberts, 47 and Lisa Gillan, 49 and her grandchildren, actress Emma Roberts, 24, and the Pretty Woman star's three children: twins Phinnaeus and Hazel, 10, and Henry, 7.
Bredemus was also Motes' mother.
