Ludacris and wife Eudoxie Mbouguiengue welcomed their first child this week.

The 37-year-old rapper, born Christopher Bridges, and Mbouguiengue announced the news Thursday on Instagram. The couple are parents to a daughter they named Cadence Gaëlle Bridges.

Ludacris shared a throwback photo of his wife with her mother, writing, "#tbt now @eudoxiee will be switching places. #blessings #love #life," while Mbouguiengue captioned a picture of a baby balloon, "She is here #blessed #grateful."

Ludacris and Mbouguiengue have been together for years, and got engaged and married on the same day in late 2014. The rapper is also father to 13-year-old daughter Karma and 18-month-old daughter Cai.
