Prince Carl Philip and fiancée Sofia Hellqvist will reportedly make Princess Estelle ring bearer at their wedding.
The 36-year-old Swedish royal and 30-year-old former reality star will marry at the Royal Palace of Stockholm on Saturday. Three-year-old Princess Estelle has reportedly been rehearsing for the role ahead of the nuptials.
"We will reveal the names of the children who will carry the rings just before the wedding or on the same day," spokeswoman Margareta Thorgren said in a statement. Princess Estelle is niece and goddaughter to Prince Carl Philip.
Prince Carl Philip and his bride-to-be were spotted as they boarded the S.S. Stockholm for their wedding-eve party Friday. Hellqvist shouted, "It's a fantastic feeling!" in response to press questions about how she is doing.
The couple have been together since 2010, and initially faced public concern due to Hellqvist's past as an erotic model and reality show contestant. Swedish DJ Avicii and electropop duo Icona Pop are slated to perform at the royal wedding.
Prince Carl Philip is the only son of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden. The prince is third in line to the throne; the first being older sister Crown Princess Victoria, and the second her daughter, Princess Estelle.
