'True Detective' co-stars McAdams and Kitsch are dating

Rachel McAdams and Taylor Kitsch have allegedly turned their working relationship into a romantic one.

Last month, the True Detective co-stars were spotted dining together at an LA spot, and now sources confirm to Us Weekly that the duo are dating.

"It hasn't been long," the insider said. "But it's serious."

The actress has had high-profile relationships with co-stars before, including Ryan Gosling and most recently with Jack Gyllenhaal.

Back in 2012, McAdams told Glamour, "A set may seem like a good place for romance, but I don't think it's very conducive; it's too distracting. Every relationship I've had with a coworker has come after the fact, because you wind up actually spending a lot of time with those people promoting the movie."

The couple just wrapped filming season two of the HBO series and "they grew closer on set," the insider revealed.
