At least three people were killed and two others injured when camp of the home minister of Pakistan's east Punjab province came under a bomb attack in Attock city on Sunday morning, local media reported.
Dunya News said that a meeting was going on at the camp when it came under attack in Shadi Khel village of Attock, a district located some 95 km west of the country's capital Islamabad.
The camp's roof was leveled to ground following the attack and many people are feared to be stranded inside.
There are contradictory reports whether the home minister was inside the camp or not.
Some media reports said that he was addressing the issues of local people at the meeting when the blast happened, while the others said that he was not there when the attack was launched.
The nature of the blast has not been determined yet.
The injured people have been shifted to a nearby hospital.
Police and rescue teams have been dispatched to the blast site.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
