Armed militants torched a NATO container in southwestern Balochistan province of Pakistan on Saturday, said officials. According to Levies officials, armed militants torched a NATO container carrying equipment for NATO troops in landlocked neighboring Afghanistan. The gunmen riding motorbikes torched the container in Choto area of Mastung district of troubled Balochistan. The militants opened fire on the container wounding the driver and cleaner of the vehicle. They set the container on fire and sped away on the motorbikes after the attack. The security forces and fire brigade rushed to the site of the incident. The injured were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment. The militants have been targeting NATO and US supplies in Balochistan province frequently for many years.
