Chairman of Libya's Presidential Council Fayez al Sarraj on Sunday appealed to rivals to join talks, spearhead mission to rebuild Libya as well as resume oil exports.

The leader of the unity government officially announced on Saturday the end of military operations in Sirte, after its liberation from Daesh. 

He called for uniting military institutions under a political and military leadership as battle against militants has not been over yet. 

As many as 500 bodies of Daesh militants were found by rescue team and the Red Crescent in Sirte's Giza outskirt.

Moreover, 80 more militants' bodies were found by the anti-crime rescue team in Giza last Sunday.
