12 killed, injured in car bomb explosion western Baghdad

Twelve people were killed and wounded in a car bomb attack western Baghdad, a security source said. The car bomb exploded Saturday morning; killing three people and wounding nine others, added the source. Security forces rushed to the scene and cordoned it off, while ambulances transported the dead bodies to the Forensic Department, explained the source.
