Baghdad - Arab Today

Iraqi air force in coordination with Saladin operations command shelled three booby-trapped cars and another armored car as well as seven motorcycles used by Daesh terrorist group in Makhoul region of northern Baiji in Saladin province.

In a press release on Thursday, Iraqi Defense Ministry Spokesman Nassir Noori said that the Iraqi forces also foiled a Daesh attack near Al Shirqat city in Saladin province in which 40 terrorists were killed and two booby-trapped cars were destroyed.

Iraqi forces also detonated 15 homemade bombs and 17 other bombs and destroyed two booby-trapped cars in various villages near Al Shirqat city, he added.
