Iraqi forces kill 70 suicides; take control of Fallujah-Ameriyah road

Iraqi forces managed Friday to take control of the main road linking Fallujah to Ameriyah in Anbar province. 

Up to 70 members of the terrorist Daesh group were killed during the operation, according to the Ground Forces Command in Anbar. 

The second phase of the military operation helped liberate the crossing of Fallujah-Ameriyah and Al Salam road in Anbar from Daesh militants. 

Four car bombs and five sites used by the terrorists and an armored vehicle were destroyed in the operation.
