Three militants of Hezbollah, including a leader of the group, have been killed in clashes with the Syrian opposition in al Ramousa area in southern Aleppo.

Ten Syrian army troops were also killed in the face-off with opposition forces, a source with the armed Syrian opposition said Friday.

The Syrian army troops were killed during a failed attempt to advance toward southern Aleppo, sources told Sky News.

All three Hezbollah militants were killed by a missile in al Assad neighborhood in Aleppo, the sources added.
