The death toll from shelling and clashes across Syria on Tuesday reached 63 people, Syria's opposition coordination committees said.
In a statement on Wednesday, the committees said six children and six women were among the victims.
Russian and Syrian warplanes shelled areas in Idlib, Hama and Homs where fierce confrontations broke out between regime and rebel forces, the statement said.
The statement added that regime forces shelled rebel-held areas in Deraa and Deir Ezzour.
