Russian fighter jets killed more than 10,000 persons over the past 13 months in Syria, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights on Sunday.
Air strikes launched by Russian warplanes killed 10,102 fighters from Daesh and Fatah el Sham militant groups, Syrian opposition gunmen and civilians, the observatory said.
The dead include 1,013 children, 584 youths aged over 18 years old, 2,565 men, 2,861 Daesh fighters and 3,079 gunmen from the Syrian opposition, Fatah el Sham and other militant groups.
