An army unit on Tuesday carried out artillery bombardments against positions of Fath al Sham group (previously known as Jabhat al Nusra) in the northern countryside of Quneitra governorate.
Syrian News Agency (SANA) said a number of vehicles equipped with different sizes of machine guns were destroyed in the surroundings of Tal al-Hamria, Dahret al-Kassarat and Koroum al-Kasha areas to the south of Hadar village in the northern part of the governorate.
Many terrorists were killed, others got injured and their weapons were destroyed in the bombardments.
In Daraa, an army unit carried out bombardments against dens of Fath al Sham terrorists in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa southern governorate, inflicting heavy losses upon them in the personnel and destroying one of their fortified positions.
The bombardments targeted positions of the terrorist organizations in al Nazihin Camp, destroying one of their dens and a barricade of a machine gun to the west of the camp.
A number of terrorists were also killed in the bombardments and others were injured.
