Syrian govt. forces retake Aleppo district

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Syrian government forces were capable of recapturing several districts in western Aleppo city.
SOHR Director Ramy Abdel Rahman told the BBC on Sunday that the Syrian troops have now fortified many districts in western Aleppo and obstructed the fighting groups' attempt to break the siege on eastern Aleppo's districts.
