Sources revealed that Arab singer Fadl Shaker will not leave Ain Al Halwa refugees camp during the current period, after the verdict to sentence him to 12-year imprisonment in accusation of insulting another country and affecting diplomatic relations.
The sources revealed that stressed he seeks to restore his freedom not to go to prison, stressing his confidence of his ability to prove his innocence.
He said that those who want to include the name of the singer in such a process is aimed at distorting his image and gluing it with groups that he did not belong to.
They said, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, “He believes in innocence from all accusations against him in this issue. All the data indicated that he was not there at the time of the battle, especially since the declarations of some of those who actually participated in the clash showed that he did not participate.
