Egypt's Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Hossam el Moghazi said that reaching an agreement with Ethiopia will revive the Eastern Nile Technical Regional Office (ENTRO).
In statements on Friday, he added that Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia are reviewing their plans concerning the future cooperation and that every country will contribute to funding the ENTRO office.
Meanwhile, he said the three countries are discussing the establishment of five projects in the fields of agriculture, irrigation, floods and social development.
He also added that he will head to South Sudan to inspect a number of projects and inaugurate others which are funded by Egypt, adding that he will resume talks aiming to activate the permanent technical committee between Cairo and Juba.
